Warrren, i like to thank you for helping my family solve our transportation needs. we now have three drivers in our house and four working adults and two cars was not enough. You and your team at Hackettstown Honda completely understood our unique situation, with no pressure and understanding we were able to drive our 2013 Accord off the lot Monday night.
This was the easiest, smoothest, no nonsense or BS car purchase i have ever been involved with!

My wife and I absolutely dreaded making the rounds of car dealerships a few weeks ago when we had to put my 2001 Forester 'to sleep'. I am very proficient at using the internet to research the popular opinion and reputation of vendors and goods. I was MOST astounded to read all the glowing reviews of Hackettstown Honda on third party web sites; not just a few score excellent reviews but well over a hundred of them. These are the sort of reviews you would expect to read on a dealer's web site'; however, since they were on third party sites, they could not have been 'cherry picked'. Outstanding! We prepared the list of dealers to visit and Hackettstown Honda was at the top of the list. We never made it to any other dealer. Tom Graham made buying the 2012 Civic 'fun'. He has an excellent manner and is a very, very pleasant person to deal with; quite the opposite of what I have come to expect of car salesman. He listened to what we wanted and worked within our budget. He spent hours with us. Tom is a walking encyclopedia when it comes to Hondas; he was able and willing to explain every feature on every Honda model we looked at. It seems to me that car buying, for the most part, has become a tangled mass of high pressure tactics and bait and switch silliness...well, that had been our experience in the past. We have NEVER dealt with a car salesman who keep OUR interests as his primary focus before. Kudos to Hackettstown Honda for having such a well informed, low key dedicated professional such as Tom! Fast forward two weeks and our 2003 Forester also bit the dust. Based on the great deal we got on the Civic and our experience with Tom, I headed back to Hackettstown Honda and Tom. I drove home with a new 2012 Honda Fit! You have such a sterling reputation because of people like Tom Graham! Please remember that! In the LONG run, honey catches more flies than vinegar! I can not possibly write or say enough good things about the dealership, the deals we got and Tom Graham; I am and will be talking all three up with everyone I know in the area.

Justin Agaime was one of the Best dealer representative anyone could ever have. He gave me a great deal on beautiful car. I would definitely recommend anyone to buy a car here


"We drove an hour and a half to Hackettstown Honda and it was well worth the trip. Matt greeted us at the door as we pulled in. From beginning to end he was nothing short of a professional. I called him a day earlier to confirm that we would be driving up and when we got there the next morning he had already prepared, inspected and washed the car. He even helped me set up the Bluetooth function. The paper work was quick and painless. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who's interested in buying a Honda. Hackettstown Honda is one of the nicest dealerships I have had the pleasure to work with. There is no BULL Lamond Mejia tells you the numbers straight up and if they work great and if not your not wasting your or their time. The atmosphere is comfortable and friendly NO PRESSURE. The services department is open 7 days a week and the waiting areas has numerous ammenities.

I strongly recommend this place when looking for a Honda. They take the pain OUT of car shopping. My husband and I plan on going back after the holidays to look at getting another honda.

I recently went to a car show that was sponsored by Hackettstown Honda and wasn't really looking to buy a car that day, but a Honda CRV that was on the lot caught my eye. I went inside and asked about the price, and I'm glad I did. Warren came over to help me, and took me for a test drive and answered all my questions about the car. We sat down and "crunched numbers" and Warren and Solomon were able to get me pretty darn close to the price I was looking for. Before actually paying, Solomon threw in a few freebies that really helped make me feel a little special. I have heard Hackettstown Honda advertised on my friend Doc South's internet radio station, so going to the car show, I was thinking that if I saw a car I liked, I might take a closer look at it. I'm glad I did. Everyone was very helpful and friendly to me, and I felt no pressure to buy the car at all. They left me alone to make the decision on my own without hovering over me

"Today I had Auto Start installed in my car. Jamie Franchini was my service person and she was excellent. She comunicated with me throughout the day and let me known exactly what was going on with my Honda Crosstour.
She had a loaner car waiting for me this morning as well. This dealership is the best!!! No other reason to go anywhere else!!!"
